Protecting you during COVID-19
We would like to reassure you that everyone at Fergusons Hearing Aid Clinic is dedicated to carefully follow the latest Public Health Advice. Since the outbreak of the COVID-19 pandemic we have taken additional measures to ensure safety and comfort of our clients.
Closed door policy
We are operating a closed door policy to ensure we can maintain social distancing. For entry to the practice, please ring the bell.
We would kindly ask that you arrive at the scheduled time for your appointment, this is just to minimize the number of patients in the practice and to avoid any crossover.
We will ask all patients to sanitise your hands on entry to the practice. Our staff are continuing high standard hygiene practices.
Audiologists will continue to sanitize your testing rooms between appointments.
All of us are wearing facemasks so when you enter the practice you will be asked to wear a facemask also.
We must also ask that the face mask stay on you until you leave the practice.
We ask all patients to answer questions below to make sure it is safe to make an appointment:
1. Have you, or anyone else that resides in your household, or with whom you have had close contact with been a confirmed or suspected case of Covid-19 or demonstrated any of the following symptoms i.e. dry cough, fever or tiredness over the last 14 days?
2. Have you, or anyone else that resides in your household travelled outside of Ireland in the past 14 days?
We know it is certainly not what your used to with us and we can appreciate that, but this is the ensure that we can stay operational and be here for you.

We open every weekday from 9.00 - 5.00. We close for our lunch hour From 1-2. We are closed bank holidays, St Patrick's Day and Good Friday.
Monday - Friday: 9.00 - 5.00
Saturday - Sunday: Closed
