Patrick O'Leary

Audiologist FdSc. H.A.A. F.I.S.H.A.A.

Patrick joined the practice in March 2019, bringing a wealth of expertise and a passion for exceptional hearing care. Holding an Fd.Sc in Hearing Aid Audiology from Anglia Ruskin University, Cambridge, he became the first certified audiologist in Ireland to fit the innovative Lyric device. Patrick is highly skilled in wax removal techniques, including the Jobson Horn method, Pro-Pulse ear irrigation (certified by Aston University in May 2014), microsuction, and irrigation.

With a strong emphasis on rehabilitation after fittings, Patrick believes that personalized advice and ongoing support are essential for achieving the best outcomes with hearing aids. His patient-centered approach ensures every individual receives the care they need to thrive.

Cian Daly

Audiologist FdSc. H.A.A. M.I.S.H.A.A.

Cian joined the practice in 2012 and has since become a highly qualified and accomplished Hearing Aid Audiologist and Dispenser. He holds an Fd.Sc in Hearing Aid Audiology with distinction from Aston University, Birmingham, and a Bachelor of Business Administration in Management from ACU in Texas. Certified in Lyric fitting techniques, Cian also possesses BSA certifications in Otoscopy, Impression Taking, and Industrial Audiometry. Additionally, he has completed Phonak's professional development course in earwax removal, showcasing his commitment to providing comprehensive and advanced hearing care solutions

Alison Downs

Clinic Manager

Alison has worked in the Medical field for the last 28 years ranging from Laboratory analysis all the way through to nursing and patient care. She spent a number of years working for Penn Medicine Lancaster General hospital in the USA before returning home to Ireland when she joined us at here at Fergusons Hearing Clinic.

Throughout her nursing career she has continually developed an outstanding patient centric approach, which we love as it means every single one of patients are treated in a caring and sensitive manner. Alison offers reassuring and supportive voice to every person that walks through our doors and she truly embraces the Fergusons Way.
